How it Works

There is a lot of information out there on becoming an egg donor. We like to keep it simple.

At GG, we have done several thousand egg donation cycles, and while things change from time to time, being an egg donor is a fairly straightforward process. We have set up these pages to guide you through the application and egg donation process and answer any questions that you may have.

Read on to find out more, or start by watching the video to the right to learn how the entire egg donor process works.

What does it take
to be an egg donor?

What we look for in a Growing Generations egg donor is someone who is culturally and ethnically diverse. We seek women who are intelligent, creative, and charismatic, who embody passion and enthusiasm in all areas of their lives.

We are proud of our egg donors and they are some of the most sought after donors in the world.

To start, each egg donor must meet some minimum criteria. It is easy to find out whether you qualify. Just click below to be taken to the brief questionnaire.

The Admissions Process

If you haven’t watched the video above, check it out. This will give you a clear understanding of how to apply and become part of the GG egg donor program. But if you prefer to read it, that’s fine, too. Here are the steps.

  1. Fill out the easy online survey here.
  2. Once you have cleared the initial survey, you will be prompted to complete an application that will help us to match you with intended parents.
  3. Once your application is completed and approved, we will contact you to set up a phone consultation that will go over the egg donation process in more detail and answer any remaining questions you may have. We will contact you shortly after your consultation to schedule your in person appointment with us.
  4. You will visit a Growing Generations office near you for your orientation appointment. We have permanent offices in Los Angeles, New York and the Ohio Valley. We also make frequent trips to most major cities to see potential donors.

The Egg Donation Process

Once you have completed all of your admissions steps, you are ready to be published to our private site to be selected by intended parents. Here is how you become an egg donor.

  1. You are selected by Intended Parents (time varies).
  2. Complete psychological and genetic screening (within 2 weeks of being selected).
  3. Complete medical screening (within 3-4 weeks of being selected).
