Operations Coordinator - Ohio Valley Office (Wheeling, WV)

Position/Summary:

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager but will have responsibilities within each department of the company. Strong customer service and multi tasking skills are required for this position.

Basic Qualifications:

Two-year college degree or equivalent life experience. Must possess excellent customer service skills, phone and computer skills, be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to multitask is very important.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing main line phone calls
  • Coding all bills that come in via mail, e-mail and fax
  • Calling providers to get itemized bills
  • Disseminating faxes and mail to the appropriate parties
  • Mailing out informational packets
  • Mailing out all checks printed by the finance department
  • Filing of Client Expense Account back-up into the appropriate case file
  • Sending faxes
  • Submitting criminal background checks
  • Mass mailings/emailing
  • Ordering of all supplies company wide
  • Provide support to all departments as needed
  • Support to all departments for the reconciliation of the American Express and Visa credit cards
  • Additional duties as needed

Salary/Benefits:

Monday through Friday; 9 am to 5:30 pm; Salary to Determined by Experience plus the following benefits:
