Our Program

Growing Generations' Gestational Surrogacy Program involves a process in which eggs from a donor are retrieved and fertilized to create embryos. Through a process called In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) after retrieval and fertilization, some or all of the embryos are then implanted into the surrogate with any remaining frozen for possible later use. This program offers a large pool of unique egg donors, as well as the predictability of the medical procedures in which 60% of our clients are pregnant on the first attempt with 90% pregnant by the second or third attempt.

All of our surrogates are fully screened medically, psychologically and financially before admittance into our program. In addition they must qualify for and obtain private health insurance designed to cover the costs of maternity medical expenses. Only about 1 in 10 surrogate applicants is approved during the screening process to become a Growing Generations surrogate.

Our Approach

Our full-service, hands-on approach encompasses all aspects of the case from surrogate screening to assistance with delivery issues at the hospital. Our goal and commitment is to be with you every step of the way and to manage the various aspects of your case so that both the surrogate and Intended Parent can enjoy the process of pregnancy.

Our professional staff is highly trained and educated to assist both Intended Parents and surrogates through the process. Our company is divided into three divisions:

• Admissions Department: The Admissions Department works with surrogates, egg donors, and clients to facilitate the process of screening and admittance paperwork. This includes applications, background checks and medical appointments.
• Finance and Operations Department: The Finance and Operations Department is responsible for a wide-range of back-office activities including managing client trust accounts, processing checks, preparing monthly trust reports outlining expenses, and making sure that all legal, financial, psychological and medical clearances are in place in order for the case to proceed.
• Case Management Department: The Case Management Department is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the case which includes interfacing with the various professionals, informing Intended Parents and surrogates of information, managing travel arrangements, and providing support and guidance through the process.
