Understanding our Referral Program

Some of our best surrogates come to us after watching someone they know complete a journey with us. We believe that helping a woman have an enjoyable, fulfilling surrogacy experience is the best marketing tool there is. That’s why we’ve developed our surrogate referral program. Our program seeks to reward you for helping us find the best surrogate applicants out there. Here’s a look at how it works.

First of all, understand that referring a woman to become a surrogate is an incredible gift. It allows another family to be created and helps another woman find the same fulfillment and sense of accomplishment that you found through your own journey. But that’s not all; referring a surrogate to us helps you too. Every time you send an outstanding applicant our way, you’re going to earn money, so it really is a win-win situation.

The first step is to talk about your own experiences with women who may be interested. Be patient, and answer questions honestly. Once this woman is ready to take the next step, help her find our online application form, located here. She will create an account, either by creating a login and password, or by using Facebook. Once she completes the pre-qualification application, she will learn if she meets the minimum requirements for entry into our program. If so, the form will alert our surrogate admissions team to get in touch with this new potential surrogate. The next step is to fill out the formal application and schedule a phone consultation. If she completes her telephone consultation, you earn $100.

From here, your referral will continue into the screening and matching phases of her journey. Once she has been matched with her intended parents and the team completes their legal paperwork, you’ll get a second check; this time for $900. That’s right, you’ll earn $1,000 total for every surrogate who makes it through the legal phase of her journey. All she has to do is mention your name on her initial application.

There are many ways to participate in our Referral Education Program. This program includes quarterly calls and monthly group coaching calls, social media posts, email campaigns and hosting referral events.

The quarters are broken down as follows:

  • January- March
  • April- June
  • July- September
  • October- December
