HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CREATE EMBRYOS?
If you do not already have embryos created, you will also need to factor in the expenses of creating embryos using your own or donated eggs. Families using their own eggs should expect to spend $26,000-$35,000. If you will be pursuing surrogacy with donor eggs, you can expect costs to range from $50,000-$80,000.

Our agency fees cover the full scope of support we provide throughout your journey, including surrogate recruitment and screening, personalized matching, case management, and ongoing support from consultation through delivery. We also connect you with our network of vetted specialists, including reproductive law attorneys, mental health professionals, and insurance advisors.
We want you to feel informed and confident from the very start. During your consultation, your Financial Specialist will walk you through a detailed cost estimate so you understand what to expect at each stage. We collect a flat-rate fee for insurance regardless of your surrogate's policy type, which means no surprises due to multiple cycles, changes in coverage, or increased premiums. While some variables can affect total costs, we keep you informed every step of the way.
Surrogate compensation is outlined in the gestational carrier agreement and typically includes base compensation as well as payments for specific milestones. If a pregnancy does not continue, your surrogate will receive compensation for the portions of the journey she has completed. Your Case Specialist and Financial Specialist can provide more details based on your specific situation.
Insurance coverage for surrogacy varies depending on your surrogate's existing policy. We collect a flat-rate insurance fee that covers all required insurance products for your surrogate, from the time of your match through delivery. This means you pay one fixed cost with no increases due to multiple cycles or changes in your surrogate's coverage. Our team reviews insurance options early in the process to ensure you're fully prepared.
