EARN UP TO $100,000 ACROSS MULTIPLE DONATION CYCLES AS A DIRECTED SPERM DONOR
By becoming a Growing Generations sperm donor, you can help people become parents who otherwise cannot do so on their own. Our donors receive $10,000 per donation - one of the highest compensation rates for directed sperm donation in the industry. With the potential to help up to 10 families (including those outside of Growing Generations), donors can earn up to $100,000 across multiple cycles while making a profound and lasting impact.

WHAT IS A SPERM DONOR?

A sperm donor plays a key role for people beginning their journey to parenthood through assisted reproduction. By choosing to donate, you’re offering the possibility of building a family to individuals or couples who, due to personal or medical reasons, need the support of a donor to take that first step toward having a child.
Growing Generations sperm donors should be comfortable with a Directed Donation, which means there will be some level of contact between you and the intended parents. The extent of this contact is guided by the intended parents’ fertility clinic and may vary based on their specific process and preferences.

IF YOU’RE READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT ON SOMEONE’S LIFE, WE INVITE YOU TO SEE IF YOU QUALIFY BY FILLING OUT OUR SURVEY.
You will begin by completing an online application that will ask you to share basic information about yourself as well as ensure you meet all the basic requirements to be a sperm donor.
Once your application is approved, one of our donor specialists will schedule a video consultation with you. The entire conversation usually lasts about 60 minutes. In that time, we’ll give you an overview of the entire process, and you’ll have time to ask us any questions you may have. Upon completion of your sperm donation consultation, we will provide you with a few documents to sign electronically and ask you to provide additional photos, GPA and test score verification, and photo ID verification.
After receiving the requested items, we’ll be able to make your sperm donor profile available for intended parents to view online.
The most unpredictable aspect of sperm donation is the time it takes to be selected by intended parents. Every intended parent is looking for a unique set of characteristics in their sperm donor, and it may take time for them to find the right one. This phase could take a few days or months, but your donor specialist will be with you the whole time.
As part of the process, you’ll complete a psychological evaluation to help ensure you’re informed and emotionally prepared to move forward with your donation. In many cases, your medical screening and sperm deposit can be completed during the same visit, though this will ultimately be coordinated with the intended parents’ IVF physician. Before a donation is considered complete, a legal agreement will be put in place between you and the intended parents to clearly outline the terms of the donation. We’ll connect you with an experienced attorney who specializes in this area - they’ll walk you through the agreement and make sure you feel comfortable with every step.
