Our service helps hundreds of individuals each year become parents, with a 99.3% success rate for surrogacy journeys.We offer a highly personalized process that considers preferences, expectations, and personalities when matching, which is why 98% of intended parents match with the first surrogate they’re presented with. As a Growing Generations sperm donor, you can help people become parents while receiving some of the highest compensation in the industry.With the potential to help up to 10 families, donors can earn up to $100,000 across multiple cycles while making a profound and lasting impact. Our donors represent the top 3% of applicants and are chosen based on highly-selective parentcriteria and clinic requirements.

Teo earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his MBA at Pepperdine University, Malibu. He began his career with Growing Generations in 1998, when surrogacy and egg donation were still in their infancy. Having worked in every department at GG, today Teo oversees the company’s strategic development and the delivery of GG’s renowned customer care and satisfaction.
A husband, father of two, and one of six children himself, he loves that he gets to help people create families. Teo is filled with gratitude to be part of so many miracles, victories, and heartwarming success stories. In addition to being part of these extraordinary journeys, he believes he has the best co-workers in the world and feels privileged to go to work with them each day.

ERICA HORTON
PRESIDENT, GROWING GENERATIONS
Erica began her career at Growing Generations as a college intern in 2003. On reflecting , “I can vividly recall the moment I saw the internship posting, the moment I received a call for an interview, and the day of my interview—down to the clothes I was wearing and the excitement I felt.” Her role in the company has expanded significantly since 2003, and now— as President—she oversees all departments that manage care for intended parents, surrogates, and donors.
She is proud to have played a major role in establishing Growing Generations as one of the most experienced and reputable agencies in the world with origins serving LGBTQIA+ community breaking barriers and forging paths where none existed before – this innovative spirit remains a core strength today.
As a queer woman and someone with a gay father, she innately had a passion for LGBTQIA+individuals seeking to create a family evidenced by her commitment to serve on the Family Equality's Board of Directors for 9 years and serve as Board Chair for 2 of those years. Erica is passionate about ALL people realizing their dream to have a family. Outside of work Erica loves spending time with her partner, Dan and her boys, Gavin, born in 2009 and Jack,born in 2012, both conceived with the help of a sperm donor. Together they love the beach, being in the ocean, riding bikes, traveling, cooking, and trying new foods.

DR. KIM BERGMAN, PhD
SENIOR PARTNER, GROWING GENERATIONS
Kim Bergman, PhD is a licensed psychologist who has been practicing since 1990, with over three decades of expertise in third-party assisted reproduction. She pioneered a proprietary psychological screening, support, and monitoring process for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors—one that helps Growing Generations maintain its exceptional standard of care.
Dr. Bergman is an active and long-standing member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), where she has served in numerous leadership roles, including Chair of the LGBTQ Special Interest Group, Chair of the Corporate Member Council, and Chair of the Mental Health Professional Group. She also served as a member of the ASRM Ethics Committee. In addition, she is affiliated with the American Psychological Association, Los Angeles County Psychological Association, Lesbian and Gay Psychotherapy Association, and the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association. She also serves on the national Emeritus Board of Family Equality.

SENIOR PARTNER, GROWING GENERATIONS
Stuart has been a Partner at Growing Generations since 2001. Prior to joining Growing Generations, he spent over a decade in executive level positions in both profit and not-for-profit companies. As a writer with a strong emphasis on gay rights issues, his work has appeared in numerous publications over the past 30+ years. He is the author of “Prayer Warriors”, a memoir published in 1999 by Alyson publications.
Stuart served for 10 years on the board of the American Fertility Association (now a program of Family Equality), four of those as co-chair. He is the founder and Co-Chair of The Del Shores Foundation, a non-profit which amplifies and nurtures the voices of LGBTQIA+ writers who live in Southern states. He is active as a donor and volunteer with local and national organizations including Human Rights Campaign, Family Equality Council, LA Gay & Lesbian Center and Youth Emerging Stronger.

Amy graduated cum laude from Penn State University with a BA in Speech Communication, and quickly rose from NBC Page to Emmy Award-winning Producer on shows including "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" and "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn." She went on to manage Robert De Niro's office at Tribeca Productions before becoming Oprah Winfrey's Chief of Staff for eight years, managing strategic initiatives across Harpo Inc., OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, and O: The Oprah Magazine.
At WW (formerly Weight Watchers), Amy served as Chief Brand Experience Officer, executive producing "Oprah's 2020 Vision Tour"—a sold-out arena tour reaching over 400 million people. Behind Amy's impressive career was her own journey to parenthood through egg freezing, IVF, and ultimately surrogacy. As Senior Vice President at Growing Generations—the very agency that helped her become a mom to her two daughters—Amy brings both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to her role. She knows firsthand the complexities of building a family through assisted reproduction, and that experience shapes how she approaches her work every day.
