How it Works – Finding an Egg Donor
Finding an egg donor shouldn’t be difficult. We make it easy.
Growing Generations provides a full-service, hands-on approach to the egg donation process. From egg donor screening to medical referrals for the many procedures necessary in the process, we want to be sure intended parents and surrogates feel comfortable and excited about the exhilarating adventure they are about to embark on.
Below are the five steps of the egg donation process for intended parents.
Step 1: Let’s start with an introduction.
The extensive profile is really where most of the key information comes from. In addition to an array of photos, intended parents can read up on egg donors, with information in the following categories:
Each profile includes:

Step 2: How do I choose?
Growing Generations makes choosing easy. Simply sign up for a free account and you are ready to begin browsing egg donors. Searches can be filtered by physical characteristics such as eye color, hair color or even blood type. You can even tailor your search to find donors that are a certain ethnicity or that live in a certain area of the country.
Step 3: The search begins.
Once your account is created and you’ve tailored your search, you can finally begin browsing egg donor profiles. Growing Generations makes finding the right donor easy by allowing you to organize searches and even save profiles to view later. You can even have notifications sent to you when new donors are published on the site.
If you have any questions, you may contact us here on the website or you may call us at (323) 965-7500 and press 4937 once we’ve answered.
Step 4: You found a donor, so now what?
After your search for an egg donor is complete, Growing Generations still strives to make it a simple process. Just press the “Select This Donor” button on her profile and we will be made aware of your choice immediately. We will contact you shortly after that to discuss the following steps.
We will gather timing information from both of you to make sure your schedules match. If both parties are ready to move forward, we will send you an agreement to sign along with an estimate of costs. Once we have received those, we will begin the screening process with the donor. If a video and IQ score are not yet available for your donor, these can be completed during the screening process if requested.
